30 day returns policy
We have a 30 day returns policy should the product you ordered not meet your requirements. You must notify us prior to returning the product. For you to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, the product must be unused with it's original packaging and labels intact. Once we receive the returned product, you will be notified and we will process your refund. 

Allergies, Sensitivities or Reactions
At EMBODY, we choose our products carefully and disclose all ingredients. It is not uncommon for people with sensitivities to react to a variety of natural ingredients in natural and organic products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any opened or used product due to allergy, sensitivity, reaction or simply because you don’t like it.

Damaged items during delivery

Your parcel will always be packed with the greatest of care but unfortunately from time to time an item may arrive damaged or faulty on arrival. All parcels are sent with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY FAULTY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. Quite often a photograph is all we need. Please contact us if there was an issue with your delivery and we'll happily replace the damage product, subject to it being in stock.
